So the 12th COMMENTER of Today's Journal was ~MatiasSoto

So it seems like Most folks don't get it fully.

I will take ANY chibi request free of charge.
IF and ONLY IF you are the lucky commenter.
The lucky commenter will change on every journal.
Two days ago it was the 1st commenter, yesterday was the 7th commenter and today's was the 12th.

What I don't get is why eventhough there's already been well over 20 commenters in the journal, folks still list a character, hoping that they're the 12th commenter.

I don't quite get that.
