I don't think this is 'ugly' or 'bad fanart' at all. I had to go Google to see what the character originally looked like, and I think this is a beautiful thing of sort of combining two different styles to make an almost anime-realistic style look. It's stunningly pretty. Everyone has their own opinion, of course, but I think this is brilliant.
if you don't like it, then it's your opinion.but don't go and put it in your sig as the world's ugliest fanart, cause 1) you're forcing people's opinion 2) You're insulting the deviant who made this 3) you wouldn't even be able to do better.
you're just being insulting. everyone has his own opinion, if you don't like it then that's that, but don't go screaming that it's the worst thing that you've ever seen, because it's not and it's being a fucking bitch.

i can understand if you think this art is ugly. thats your opinion but you dont need to link it in your signature as the ugliest picture ever. and if this is some joke between you and the artist (look someone else commented) its dumb. please use CONSTRUCTIVE criticism not just criticism.
Before opening your mouth and spouting close-minded ignorance, make sure you fully explain with examples and evidence as to why a particular piece of artwork is done poorly. Otherwise shut up because your own words make you sound like a douchebag.
Remember if all you are doing is taking a crap on someone else's art, all you're making is crap. At least they are still making art.
Incredible, I absolutely love the likeness Jeff.....wow. I swear I hate you LOL...I thought of (or wondered why people didn't) post what piece of music I listened to while doing a particular piece. It is awesome that you do that, a way of almost sharing the audible inspiration as well. Keep it up old friend .
Did you know they gave her neutral/almost Caucasoid features on purpose? Originally, lil Nadia was to have firmly African/Negroid (1) features (2) but Japan was (and is) pretty racist and tends to not think highly of Africans so one as a primary character would not work there.
But if Nadia was a lost but pure Atlantean descendant she'd look more American Indian/Pacific Oriental/Mexican. The "Aztecs" who called themselves the "Mexicana" got their name because they'd come long ago from a land called "At-Atlan".
1- I'm being technical, NOT racist, mmmmkay... 2- Seen in an old Protoculture addicts magazine
