While watching heroes and drinking tea, I wanted to have another stab at that SFIV style.

Wanted to draw someone who doesn't appear in the game or in the run of SFIITurbo I'm drawing.

fun fun playing with the PS7 brushes.
It's both fun and challenging to get those effects w/o using custom brushes or textures of any kind.

I'm starting to feel that this picture is getting some recognition. I saw a picture like this in Eventhubs when they try to determine if Charlie would be in SSF4 Arcade Edition... I know he will be there.

Ohhhh man! This pic has been flying all over the internet and I so totally thought that it was a legit, Capcom SFIV illustration. (it didn't really make sense to me, but whatever. I mean, hey, Charlie's cool. He'll come back...right? right? RIGHT?!)
But now I see that it's a fan art! omg. You hit the nail on the head when you emulated that style. Had me fooled. Thought capcom was playing with my head or something.
(Although they still are, what with Abel and all...)
