This fortnight's jam theme is to re-imagine/reboot/re-interpret ANY IMAGE Comics character.
I decided I will be making mock covers (because they're both fun to create and to look at)
Here is the 4th of MANY I plan on doing.
Erik Larsen's 1992 Image comic 'SuperPatriot'
It's also a recreation of
's SuperPatriot Cover
So my concept here was that instead of being operated by the Germans, he was experimented on by the Japanese (which is why he is influenced by Kikaider and Robot Detective K)

For the record, Superpatriot was given superhuman powers by the Nazis, but his cybernetics are from a company called Cyberdata. Later on, those cybernetics were replaced/modified by a subversive organization called the Covenant of the Sword, then subsequently replaced/removed by the U.S. government.
